• Program fees are non-refundable after the commencement of training.
  
  
• Refund requests made before program start may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of RK Sports World.
  
  

3. Failed or Duplicate Payments

• In case of a failed transaction or duplicate payment, the amount will be refunded as per the payment gateway or bank’s standard processing timelines.
  
  
• RK Sports World does not control refund processing speed once initiated by the gateway.
  
  

4. Missed Sessions

• No refunds or fee adjustments are provided for missed sessions due to personal reasons, illness, or absenteeism.
  
  

5. Program Cancellation by RK Sports World

If a program or batch is cancelled by RK Sports World:

• An alternative batch may be offered, or
  
  
• A partial or full refund may be processed at the institute’s discretion.
  
  

6. Refund Timelines

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
  
  
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method wherever possible.
  
  

7. Final Authority

All refund-related decisions by RK Sports World shall be final and binding.
